The thinking behind a second Mascolo hair-salon group was the belief that a proportion of clients (especially the younger ones) can be 'transient' and visit the competition so why not be the competition?
Originally targeting a younger market its price point, (now on an equal footing), was markedly less than Toni&Guy back then …think Prada/MiuMiu.
Fast forward 11 years and with 70 successful salons the group is well on its way to achieving its goal of becoming a ‘highly profitable, respected and globally recognised hairdressing brand'
