Fitzwilliam College is a dynamic, international community committed to developing the talents of all its students, numbering some 650 (including postgraduates).

President Rosie Cook - rac81@cam.ac.uk It's my role to mediate between the student body and the college authorities. I sit on a lot of committees, chat at a lot of behind-the-scenes meetings, and generally rush around like mad trying to keep this place vaguely together. Please get in touch if there's ever anything more we can be doing.... Vice-President Nick Salisbury - ns427@cam.ac.uk It's my job to organise the housing ballot and the college parenting scheme. I sit in on college meetings and help the president to make tough decisions! Secretary Lotte Johnson - lrj26@cam.ac.uk My role as secretary is to take minutes at meetings, to help with general administration work and to book out the Stretton Room. Treasurer Mike Davies - md449@cam.ac.uk The JMA Treasurer's main duties are to distribute funds to the "Junior" Amalgamated Clubs, to draw up the Entz budgets and present them to the Senior Treasurer for approval, to be responsible for the money management of the Entz and finally to be a general adviser to the JMA committee, advising on decisions such as buying new equipment and rent increases for example.So get in touch about funding applications for a society or sports club, if there is any equipment that you think the college should consider buying or if you have a problem with anything financial. Social Steward Chris Skipper & Izzi Savill - cs558/ ids27@cam.ac.uk The face of the fabulous furore that is the Fitz bop working the crowd and spinning some sickkkk tunes! I even love my fellow Fitzbillies so much that I am willing to work a little into the early hours, clearing up the debris that your drunken friends have left strewn across the JCR afterwards! My duties also include the essential task of filling up the photocopier so get in touch as and when it runs dry! Communications Pippa Kindersley - plk23@cam.ac.uk As the communications officer, it's my job to keep you up to date with events inside college and across the uni in general. I send out the Billy Bulletin, making sure you know whats happening when and where. If a college has an ents, if a society needs publicity, or if someones lost something, I'll be there. And I'll send out an email. Computing Laurie Griffiths - ljg39@cam.ac.uk In charge of all things computer-related on the JMA, which mainly stretches to maintaining this website.If you have any concerns regarding computing in college please tell me and I will raise them at the next college computing committee. Entz Officers Tom Baker & Harry Gamsu - tab36/ hmg31@cam.ac.uk If you have any ideas about how to fill Fitz with the best acts to come to Cambridge, transforming the College into a spectacle of sound and light not easily forgotten then get in touch! We are responsible for running two "Soundcheck" Entz a year, organising Freshers' Week, getting involved in numerous Superhalls and running Billy Day.If you want to be a part of this amazing job then get in touch with us about our Entz Committee or email your comments about the events. Target & Access Dave King & Ashley Baptiste Our job is to organise our college's part in the shadowing scheme by recruting volunteers and organising activities, to cooperate with CUSU in the target schools initiative, and generally promote Fitz as the bestest and friendliest college ever ever. We do stuff like the fresher's handbook and Fitz's entry to the alternative prospectus too. External Faith Julian - fhmj2@cam.ac.uk External Officer is a political role and connects Fitzwilliam students to broader University wide campaigns.The role of external officer is to attend CUSU council and President and Externals meetings.The External Officer has the ability to vote at CUSU council on university issues. FitzBitz Editor Jamie Burton & Ed Thornton - jb588 and eht22 @cam.ac.uk Resident funny men of Fitz. Picks up scandal and dishes plenty of dirt. Expert in blackmail. Green Hannah Parker & Paul Coles - hp288 and pwc30 @cam.ac.uk We're in charge of organising the college recycling schemes, promoting the sale of fair trade produce within college, and. getting involved in CUSU campaigns like ethical investment. We can also provide FREE pregnancy tests, condoms and personal alarms. Most importantly we are here if Fitz's students need to talk through something that's bothering them or just a chat to clear their head. Women's Candy Parfitt cp406@cam.ac.uk As well as providing the women of Fitz with all the free condoms and pregnancy tests their hearts could desire, we are also here generally for any crises you may have and a source of information for where you can go for help. This role is also political, getting involved with target and access, CUSU women's council and supporting campaigns for women's rights in and out of the university. This is another mainly welfare post although it is more directed at academic issues and equal opportunities.
