Summary
Cambridge University Lightweight Rowing Club aims to produce a crew of eight oarsmen and a coxswain to beat a crew from Oxford University Lightweight Rowing Club in the Henley Boat Races, held annually in March or April.
Description
Lightweight rowing is an Olympic sport and allows people of average build to compete at an elite level. The training is intense but rewarding, and in recent years several CULRC squad members have gone on to represent their country at the World Rowing Championships and the Olympic Games. If you want to go beyond college-level rowing, CULRC is the club for you.
